Kozzie is a sweet, friendly, wiggly 10-12 month old BC girl that was relinquished by a elderly owner that could no longer care for her.
She is VERY food and toy motivated and is a very bright dog who has not been given a chance at positive education. She learns quickly and would not be considered "intense" in the border collie world but she is very driven by toy, food , play. She has been shown sheep and enjoyed her first introduction and we hope to continue with some form of interaction to herding and agility.
She currently lives in a tiny house with a 3 yrs border/aussie mix, three cats and a parrot. She doesn't much look at the bird unless it gets loud. She occasionally wants to "play rough" and chase with the cats who don't approve and let her know it, she will respect their space but she is always tempted by their swift movement. She's learning to be respectful and her foster believes she won't have any problem living with a cat. Kozzie occasionally travels to work with her fosters and is accustomed to being at a vet clinic. She is still VERY excited and VERY much a wiggle worm when trying to do anything with her. It will be a while before she can "hold still" as it is soo very hard not to get excited, but she is as cute as a button.
Kozzie is being fostered in Folsom, Louisiana (which is about an hour north of New Orleans)
